Prospect of land management local plan impact on the environment – chosen legal issues

Abstract
Prospect of influence on the environment prepared in strategic assessment of land management local plan impact on the environment should allow to estimate results of the local plan’s resolution or its change, revision of proposed solutions, compact evaluation of cumulated impacts on adjacent areas covered by various documents as well as to establish frames of later monitoring results of accepted resolution. The aim of the paper was to analyse chosen judicial decisions concerning such aspects of making prospect of influence on the environment of land management local plan that can raise doubts. It was proved in conclusion that the prospect of influence on the environment is a basic evidence in evaluating impact set in the local plan’s project of land purpose for natural elements and information included in the prospect of influence on the environment should be adapted to the local plan’s content and detail degree.
