Prospective tools of border regions competitiveness increase in the terms of cross-border cooperation

Abstract
The article deals with the latest tools of border regions competitiveness increase in the terms of cross-border cooperation. The prospects for the implementation of cross-border innovation cluster approach and the use of other support tools for improving the competitiveness of these areas are analyzed. An appropriate legislation to establish regulations so as to regulate this area are considered and determined. У статті розглянуто новітні інструменти нарощення конкурентоспроможності прикордонних регіонів в умовах транскордонного співробітництва. Проаналізовано перспективи реалізації в прикордонні інноваційного кластерного підходу та використання інших допоміжних інструментів підвищення конкурентоспроможності таких територій. Розглянуто законодавство та визначено доцільні до розроблення нормативні акти, які врегульовують цю сферу.
