PROSPECTS FOR DEVELOPMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL LEGISLATION IN THE FIELD OF PROTECTION OF ANIMAL FEEDBACK

Abstract
The general shortcomings of the present stage of development of the national environmental legislation concerning the protection of animals from ill-treatment are considered. The necessity to improve the legal regulation of human relations in relation to ill-treatment of animals and to impose more severe penalties for cruel or inappropriate use of animals is revealed. Proposals for amendments and additions to the current legislation are worked out. One of the main directions of the fight against cruelty in relation to animals is the further improvement of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Animals from Cruel Treatment", the strengthening of the punishment for the brutality of animals or their propaganda, and the addition of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Animals from Cruelty" the article where the concept of "ill-treatment" will be construed and the actions related to this concept, and the interpretation of these actions. The fight against animal violence will help not only in the humanization of society, but also in identifying socially dangerous elements. One of the main directions of the fight against cruelty in relation to animals is the further improvement of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Animals from Cruel Treatment", the strengthening of the penalty for animal cruelty or their propaganda, and the addition of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Animals from Cruelty", the concept of "ill-treatment" will be interpreted and the actions related to this concept and the interpretation of these actions. The fight against animal violence will help not only in the humanization of society, but also in identifying socially dangerous elements.
