Providing of Economic Security of Building Enterprises: Regional Aspect

Abstract
In the article the role of economic security of construction enterprise has been determined in the decision of socio-economic tasks; the model of functioning of building complex has been suggested in the economy of region, the factors of influence and legal principles of mutual relations of contractors have been identified; the existent types of risks have been considered and specific for a building production risks have been distinguished; the terms of threat of economic security have been educed, the existent methodical approaches have been analyzed near the estimation of economic security in a building complex, the role of information has been reflected about the got income.
