PROVISION OF QUA LITY WORK FOR FORENSIC LABORA TORIES: POLISH EXPERIENCE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the complex analysis of the system which guarantees the quality of the activity in forensic laboratories, which are included in the institutional system of police structure in Poland. It is aimed to find out the positive experience which will be feasible to be conducted in Ukraine. The author considered the issue of policy of quality at the Central Forensic Laboratory of Police, the preparation of the experts, accreditation of the institutions, the judicial control of quality of the experts’ conclusions. The particular attention is focused on the issue of international cooperation in this field. According to the author, each case is verified based on the capacity of functioning of the forensic laboratories and the level of satisfaction of the public expectation in the criminal proceedings.
