PROVISIONAL DECISIONS IN STATE CUSTOMS PROCEDURES: LEGAL REGULATION

Abstract
The article is devoted to the research of legal regulation of provisional decisions in connection with the application of certain provisions of the Ukrainian legislation on matters of state customs procedures. It has been established that the le- gal regulation of provisional decisions is carried out at the international, regional and national levels. Accordingly, the anal- ysis of statutory instruments at each of these levels was carried out. The deficiencies and gaps of the current legislation are revealed and the corresponding propositions are formulated to improve the legal regulation of provisional decisions.
