Prywatyzacja więziennictwa - problem stary czy nowy? Perspektywa dla Polski

Abstract
W chwili obecnej jesteśmy świadkami coraz mocniejszej ekspansji sektora prywatnego w przestrzeni polityki kryminalnej współczesnych Państw. Zagadnienie to dostrzegalne jest również na gruncie polskim. Szczególnym wyrazem tej problematyki jest prywatyzacja sektora więziennego. Autorzy niniejszego opracowania omawiają problem prywatyzacji systemu więziennego w perspektywie historycznej odnosząc się do systemów w których prywatne więzienie już funkcjonuje. Perspektywa historyczna szczególne ważna jest w odniesieniu do postulatów stworzenia analogicznych rozwiązań w Polsce.<br/><br/>
