ПСИХОЛОГІЧНА ГОТОВНІСТЬ СТУДЕНТА-МЕНЕДЖЕРА ДО МАЙБУТНЬОЇ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ (Management students’ psychological career readiness)

Abstract
The article analyzes the concept of career readiness. It is noted that an important objective of management students’ training is their preparation for future professional activities, which implies the formation of students’ career readiness. The authors propose a model of future managers’ career readiness made up of the professional, intellectual, communicative motivational, moral, dynamic and mental components. The authors also present the results of the empirical research, which reflects management students' assessment of the factors in and conditions for the formation of career readiness, as well as discuss the profiles and dynamics of the development of management students’ career readiness components at the university. Further research is planned to focus on the development of management students’ career readiness using active training.
