PSYCHOLOGICAL AND LEGAL ASPECTS OF SCIENTIFIC ACTIVITY AND COPYRIGHT LAW ON INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Abstract
The scientific article is devoted to the study of psychological and legal aspects of creative activity as a process of knowledge and activity. The basic types of academic texts are determined and the general provisions of the intellectual property right are disclosed for literary, artistic and other works. The state of modern state-level measures aimed at increasing the protection of the copyright of the academic community and the development of the creative potential of Ukrainian society, in particular, the creation of the Research Institute of Intellectual Property of the Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine, the National Repository of Academic Texts, the Code of Academic Integrity, has been analyzed. Significant components of harmonious cooperation of the subjects of the academic community are determined.
