Psychological and Pedagogical Conditions of Formation of Bachelors of Radio Engineering Vocational and Practical Competences Using the Program-Imitating Simulators

Abstract

The issue of implementation of competence approach acquires special relevance today. Implementation of this process is impossible without following a series of psychological and pedagogical conditions. The importance of these conditions gives rise to ascertaining the need for their study. The main methods used in this research are analysis and synthesis of theoretical positions to explore the problem of psycho-pedagogical conditions of formation of professional and practical bachelors competence of radio engineering using software and simulation trainers, abstraction for a deeper learning of the subject study, induction for the transition from the empirical level to the theoretical level of scientific knowledge through generalization of certain facts. The article considers the psychological and pedagogical conditions of formation of bachelors of radio engineering vocational and practical competences using the program-imitating simulators. The author divides them into material technology (objective) and motivational-personal (subjective) conditions by the criterion of the dependant on compliance with certain conditions of the educational process (teachers, cadets / students) or not. The author concludes that the psycho-pedagogical conditions of vocational and practical competences of bachelors of radio engineering are the conditions to ensure the cultivation of the students / cadets required professional features, the transfer of complex knowledge, concepts and ideas, the development of the necessary skills of professional activity. Material-technological and psycho-pedagogical conditions of formation of professional and practical competence include the presence of the necessary teaching materials, introduction of appropriate pedagogical techniques based on specific university, hardware and software of educational process in educational institutions. Among the motivational-personality psycho-pedagogical conditions are advisable to allocate the following: development and implementation of appropriate use of proprietary methods and software simulation training equipment in the bachelors’ of radio engineering, cadets' interest and activity towards gaining professional practical competences.
