PSYCHOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF PERSONALITY OF THE TEACHER EVALUATION

Abstract

Тhe effectiveness of teaching and the efficiency of educational work depend on what kind of evaluative relations have been formed between concrete teachers and students. That is why our study is relevant. The analysis of representations about a teacher as a subject of professional activity gives us possibility to conclude that, firstly, these representations are stereotyped. Secondly, the content of these stereotypes reflects the image of a teacher, formed in the mass conventional consciousness, where a teacher is considered as a specialist, who must be able to identify the characteristics of his/her emotional sphere (communicativeness, compassion, kindness, etc).
