PSYCHOLOGY OF INDIVIDUAL AND SPIRITUAL LEADER GROWTH

Abstract
The article is devoted to the psychology of personal and spiritual growth of the leader. The object of this study is the process of personal and spiritual formation of student youth. Subject of research: psychological patterns and mechanisms of personal and spiritual growth of personality in adolescence. The purpose of the study is to establish the psychological patterns and mechanisms of personality and spiritual formation of the leader. The scientific novelty of the research is: in the development and testing of the model of personality spirituality; in distinguishing the criteria, levels and indicators of spirituality of the personality in adolescence; in revealing the psychological patterns of the spiritual formation of the personality in the period of youth; in the development and experimental testing of the spiritual development of the student's personality; in the development and testing within the limits of the specified program of the complex diagnostic-correction system. In the article for the purpose of personal and spiritual formation of the personality of the leader proposed: the concept of "spiritual personality of the leader"; presented the author's psychological structure of the personality of the leader; author's model of the spiritual formation of the leader's personality. The system of psychological and pedagogical disciplines for forming the spirituality of the personality of the leader and the training program for the development of spirituality of the personality are presented. The authors proposed a thematic plan for the special course "Psychology of the spiritual formation and realization of the personality of the leader". The criteria for the formation of the leader's spirituality are singled out. The indicated sources of spiritual personality formation. On the basis of the results of the psychological study, it was concluded that the future leader is at the stage of spiritual formation when he: first, sees the meaning of what corresponds to the spiritual ideals and to what at the same time he has the opportunity; and secondly, it has developed the appropriate features of the character, knowledge and skills that make it possible to achieve the goal, to realize itself in its leadership formation.
