PSYCHOPHYSIOLOGICAL MECHANISM OF THE INITIATION OF STRESS AS THE CONSEQUENCE OF EXTREME INFLUENCE

Abstract
The article presents a theoretical generalization of the functional state of the human body during the onset of stress. The author defines the main approaches and views on the concept of stress, the nature of stressors and its symptoms. The components of emotional stress are established, which will prevent its occurrence. Some means of maintaining and improving stress resistance are presented. Prospective ways of prevention, definition and correction of emotional stress are grounded.
