PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION IN THE FIELD OF USE AND PROTECTION OF LANDS OF UKRAINE: ADMINISTRATIVE-LEGAL ASPECT

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the concept of “public management” and its relationship with the concepts of “public administration” and “public administration” in order to develop a scientific approach to determining its essence, taking into account the factors of its formation and development. The author studies the main approaches to understanding the relationship between the concepts of “public administration”, “public administration” and “public administration”. The difference between these concepts is analyzed and it is proved that they can not be used as synonyms to each other. In the course of the study, it was determined that public management of land reserves is understood as a type of activity of state authorities, local self-government and citizens, which is executive-administrative, aimed at ensuring social relations, conducting effective and comprehensive measures for the use and protection of land reserves and their rational use.
