PUBLIC-LEGAL INFLUENCE ON THE PROCESS OF MONEY COVERAGE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of issues of state-legal influence on the process of monetary circulation in Ukraine. The role and value of monetary circulation for the financial system of the state and the economy as a whole, as well as the importance of the state legal influence on the issue of money circulation in the aspect of their proper legal regulation are determined. The methods of the right regulation are analyzed, which are inherent in financial law, and their comparison with the methods which are inherent in the right of monetary circulation. In addition, the issues of the possibility of going beyond the scope of legal regulation of monetary circulation in the society, refers to a wider aspect of the monetary circulation than the scope of financial law regulation, as well as the focus on the use of methods of economic influence, along with state power in the regulation of issues of money circulation.
