Publicity as the value of informational democracy communication society

Abstract
The author reflects the phenomenon of public communications within the informational democracy of the globalistic political space. Proved that the new modern political forms of communication, with the high efficiency of the mass reaction, can form an inherent social reality, new meanings, that are overcoming resistant, duplicate, traditional models of communication. And in this dimension, the publicity is able to demonstrate a special variant of political compromise, social forecasting and integrated impersonal invariance in new forms of democracy.
