QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS TO THE COMPETENCE OF INFORMATION ANALYTICS-LAWYERS

Abstract
The article is devoted to the concept of the competence approach as a whole, as well as the key competencies of information analysts-jurists. The modern state of research on the competence approach is analyzed. The author concludes that the issues related to the formation of information and analytical competence have not yet been reflected at the level of dissertation research done in Ukraine. An approximate list of the main special competencies of the information analyst-jurist is formulated. Separate consideration of general competence and special. It was stressed that the qualification requirements for professional competence of this category of specialists are very high. Traditional training of lawyers in higher education institutions does not currently provide a tenth of the competencies necessary for the lawyer to carry out effective analytical work. Therefore, the actual issue is the opening, if not a new specialty, then at least specialization in the training of lawyers.
