Quality Control of Magistral (or in House or Smallscale) Produced Radiopharmaceuticals

Abstract
As it is known, magistral radiopharmaceuticals are suitable for only in house use and are prepared, produced and supplied with a medical prescription for a certain patient in good laboratory practice (GLP) standard by a radiopharmacist. In this part of the guide; Information was provided on quality control methods and procedures for radiopharmacy employees involved in the quality control of magistrally manufactured radiopharmaceuticals. This document includes quality control methods and procedures for (F-18) NaF, Ge-68/Ga-68 Generator product Ga-68, Lu-177 obtained from reactor, (F-18) FDG, (Ga-68) DOTATOC, (Ga-68) PSMA, (Lu-177) DOTATATE, (Lu-177) PSMA, XOFIGO® [(Ra-223) RaCl2] and Sm-153-EDTMP.
