Abstract
At present many mining companies have a large number of electromechanical equipment. This equipment exhausted the resource almost or fully. For further safe operation of enterprises need to modernize the electromechanical equipment State enterprises subsidized and have constant problems with the availability of funds. Private enterprises aim to get a more profit. Modernization is almost everywhere conducted taking into account minimality of expenses on its implementation. Very often such modernization is left unresolved operational issues and leads to high operating costs. The absence of mandatory criteria and deceptive immediate benefit nullify the results of modernization. On reliable operation of electromechanical equipment of mine pumping installations depends continued safe operation of the enterprise. Planning the modernization process requires a comprehensive approach. It must ensure compliance with safety rules and to remove the operational problems of old equipment. The algorithm calculating the reduction of energy consumption is offered in the article. This calculation must be one of the criteria of integrated approach to reduce power consumption when planning the modernization of electromechanical equipment for mine pumping installations. The proposed algorithm of calculation to reduce power consumption allows to ground the most economy mode of operations of pumpings installations within day by the criterion of minimum value of used electric power. It is arrived at due to reduction of duration of their work at o'clock of peak-load and, as a result, exception of the most dear component cost of electric energy in the daily schedule of consumption.
