РАЦИОНАЛЬНОЕ ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЕ СЫРЬЯ И ПЕРЕРАБОТКА ПРОМЫШЛЕННЫХ ОТХОДОВ

Abstract
The article shows the expedience of using the technology of waste processing of machine-building production into metallic powders. As a material for the study we used SHH15 steel grinding slurry, which was formed after machining the rings and bearing rollers in JSC “SKF-Ukraine”. Here we give recommendations for storaging terms of the raw material for the purpose of subsequent processing. It is shown the results of research of the chemical composition, physical and technological properties and obtained powder material from metalworking wastes. The technological regimes and the hardware implementation of slime waste processing are presented. We propose technology of improving the properties of the metal powder of SHH15 steel, which consists of an additional rolling-in-crushing operation. The resulting powder material can be used for the manufacture of products of antifriction, friction and structural use using powder metallurgy methods.
