RAIDING FEATURES IN UKRAINE: TOOLS FOR PREVENTION AND CONTRAINDICATION THE UNLAWFUL APPROPRIATION OF PROPERTY COMPANIES, INSTITUTIONS, ORGANIZATIONS

Abstract
The article considers the existing measures to counter unfriendly acquisitions in Ukraine. The specificity and trends of this phenomenon in Ukraine are analyzed. A set of measures is proposed to solve the problem of raiding. Considered the social danger of such acts, the issue of ways to prevent and counter these acts through criminal law measures.
