RATIO OF SOCIAL AND HUMAN CAPITAL IN ORGANIZATION

Abstract
Research subject of this article is the social capital as an economic category. The objective of the article is the review of the social capital’s phenomenon in the postindustrial society form the viewpoint of the different approaches, formation of the multidisciplinary bases for the further researches and determination of the social capital’s role in the formation and development processes of the human capital at the mini- and micro levels. For achieving the stated objective such general and special scientific methods were used as morphological, systemic, structural and logical analysis, formalization, and analogy, comparative and integrative methods. As a result, categories of “social capital” and “social potential” were determined. Appearance shapes of social capital and its levels were defined depending on the institutional structures of socioeconomic system. The mechanism of social capital transformation into the human ones at the mini- and micro levels was considered in the article. On the bases of this mechanism the social capital’s economic nature viewed. Also the conception of social capital as the organization’s competitive factor was proposed. As the conclusion is the author’s position about the social capital as the quality of existing relationships between organizations’ staff.
