Развитие унитарных отношений в Украине как одно из условий формирования современной правовой системы

Abstract
Рассматривается вопрос оптимизации государственного устройства в современной Украине в условиях реформирования правовой системы в соответствии с европейскими стандартами. Аргументируется вывод, что на современном этапе государственного строительства оптималь- ной является унитарная форма государственного устройства, однако необходимы практические действия в направлении децентрализации государственной власти для создания цивилизованного государства
