Realization of civil rights under the legislation of Ukraine

Abstract
The article deals with problematic issues concerning the implementation of civil rights. The analysis of theoretical positions, expressed in the scientific literature, and the legal norms of the current legislation concerning implementation of absolute civil rights was done. It is established that the value of subjective civil law is determined by the possibility of its implementation. It is concluded that the basis of realization of civil rights is the presumption of conscientiousness and reasonableness of the behaviour of the subject, but the non-exercise of the right may result its termination only in cases established by law.
