Realization of the publicity principle in the system of local government in Ukraine

Abstract
The article examines the role of the publicity principle in the system of local government in Ukraine, as well as the organizational and legal aspects of its implementation. The defini- tion of the publicity principle concept in legal and regulatory acts of Ukraine and academic papers on public administration is analyzed. Based on this, the characteristic features and elements of the publicity principle in the system of local government in Ukraine are devel- oped. The proposals on constitutional and legal regulation, as well as mechanism of imple- mentation and ways of modern identification of this principle in conditions of decentraliza- tion are formulated.
