Abstract
Investigated theoretical issues internal and external consulting interaction that is formed in the communicative process in the implementation of the mechanism of consulting cooperation between enterprises of Ukraine in the article. Researched theoretical issues of mechanism internal and external consulting interaction the enterprises of Ukraine. Designed by method of implementation of the mechanism external consulting interaction, which it is proposed to conduct step by step for principle block diagram. Proved the need for structuring organizational and economic measures for effective implementation mechanism of external consulting interaction of enterprises.
