Abstract
Determined the relevance of production of alcohol-free beverages with health-improving purpose in Ukraine. Reasoning the expediency of using the extract of eleutherococcus in the production of alcohol-free beverages with tonic effect. Analyzed new directions of technologies in beverage production.
