Гав- риш «Використання, відтворення та охорона ґрун- тів в Україні: теоретико-правові аспекти» (Одеса : Юридична література). У монографії розглянуто теоретико-правові проблеми використання, відтворення та охорони ґрунтів, їх принципи, методологічні та конституцій- ні основи, особливості правовідносин викорис- тання, відтворення та охорони ґрунтів, їх об'єктно- суб'єктний склад, підстави виникнення, зміни та припинення.
