RECOMMENDATIONS FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE REGULATORY SUPPORT FOR THE OPERATION OF THE UNITING OF ENTERPRISES IN THE ECONOMY OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The phenomenon of uniting of enterprises belongs to one of the new types of modern economic systems of a micro level, thanks to which, business entities are able to provide an opportunity to carry out entrepreneurial business activities and, as a consequence, they are able to provide the necessary level of competitiveness. In spite of the fact that the Ukrainian economy was recognized as a market economy type, it should be noted that the appropriate organizational means of competitive struggle is practically not used. Along with the fact that the concept of the phenomenon of the uniting of enterprises is not fully researched both by foreign and domestic scientists, extremely limited possibilities to use the already acquired world experience of certain of its specific forms by Ukrainian enterprises can be explained by the imperfect domestic regulatory framework, which is, to some extent, inadequate, to the realities of the modern economic sphere of being. Economic legal assessment of the situation of the regulatory support for ensuring the functioning of the uniting of enterprises in the Ukrainian economy was given in the article. Recommendations for improving it are suggested.
