REFORMATION OF THE INSTITUTE OF PRIVATE ENTITIES OF DELEGATED AUTHORITIES AS A STEP TO EUROPE OF UKRAINE’S MANAGEMENT OF DOMESTIC WASTE MANAGEMENT

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the prospects of reforming the institution of private individuals of the subjects of delegated authority, as subjects of household waste management in Ukraine. On the basis of the study, the author defines a list of tasks that need to be carried out so that individuals can acquire the status of subjects of delegated authority and could be freely involved in the implementation of the function of public administration for household waste management in Ukraine.
