REGARDING THE FEATURES OF THE LEGAL REGIME OF OBJECT INHERITANCE RELATIONSHIP

Abstract
In the article the author considers the question of the legal regime of object inheritance relationship. Defines peculiarities of legal regime of the object in the hereditary legal relationship. Resolved controversial issues arising in determining the legal regime of object inheritance. Analyzed the Ukrainian legislation, scientific research, findings that have both theoretical and practical importance on this issue.
