Abstract
This publication analyzes the issues that were mooring the Prosecutor General of Ukraine to the National Law University scientists Yaroslav the Wise, and provides answers. Putting questions were grouped into three groups: 1) on the Institute jurisdiction; 2) on the individual characteristics of the admissibility of evidence; 3) on the beginning of the pretrial investigation.
