РЕГИОНАЛЬНЫЕ ОСОБЕННОСТИ СТРУКТУРЫ ХРОНИЧЕСКОЙ ПОЧЕЧНОЙ НЕДОСТАТОЧНОСТИ У ДЕТЕЙ В РЕСПУБЛИКЕ КРЫМ

Abstract
34 children, living in the Republic of Crimea aged from 1 to 17, were examined to study the structure of chronic renal failure (CRF) in children. The leading role in the structure of CRF is congenital malformations and anomalies of kidney development.Half of children with chronic kidney disease that develop CRF are younger boys with congenital pathology.Complication with a secondary microbial-inflammatory process leads to an earlier CRF development.The use of screening programs for the detection of active CRF is recommended for the early administration of neuroprotective therapy.
