REGULATION OF ACTIVITIES OF NON-BANK FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS IN UKRAINE

Abstract
In the article, features of the functioning of non-bank financial institutions and their role in the state economy in modern conditions are investigated. The main obligations imposed on the national system of regulation of non-bank financial institutions in accordance with the Association of Ukraine with the EU are described. The main problems in the sphere of regulation of activity of non-bank financial institutions and ways of their solution are determined based on improvement of the national legislation and introduction of European standards.
