Regulation of the Krasnoyarsk region investment activity in the context of the financial and economic crisis

Abstract
The work analyzes the implementation of innovative projects in the Krasnoyarsk region. It is concluded that they are not always implemented in accordance with the plan, in connection with which it is necessary to seek new forms of attracting innovative resources for their implementation. As part of this, it is proposed to resort to such modern forms as various kinds of business combinations. As an option, it is proposed to consider technological platforms, strategic scientific alliances and forms of public-private partnership. The paper shows the conceptual features of these forms of associations.
