REGULATORY AND LEGAL PRINCIPLES OF REGULATION OF THE INSTITUTES OF THE INFORMATION SOCIETY: THE EUROPEAN VECTOR OF FORMATION

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the basic legal and regulatory foundations regulating the functioning of the institutes of the information society. It proved out that the existence of a sufficiently extensive system of normative legal acts regulating information relations at the pan-European level also has the existence of the legal and regulatory framework of a particular state in this domain.
