REGULATORY CONTROL OF REHABILITATION AND EMPLOYMENT OF PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article reviews the main normative documents concerning the rights of persons with disabilities at the international and national levels. The documents regulating the observance of the right to work of persons with disabilities at the international and national levels are considered in detail. The main measures of the state, envisaged by the legislation for the active inclusion of people with disabilities in the labor market, are described.
