Регулювання землеустрою у Європейському Союзі: напрями адаптації для України

Abstract
У статті проаналізовано основні особливості регулювання діяльності інженерів-землевпорядників в країнах Європейського Союзу. Зокрема досліджено вплив державного регулювання на умови роботи землевпорядників та їхнього обов’язкового ліцензування. Показано вимоги кадастрових інженерів для можливості роботи у сфері землеустрою, а саме: відповідний досвід роботи, мінімальний рівень освіти, умови ліцензування тощо. Проаналізовано види відповідальності за невідповідне виконання кадастрової діяльності та її результатів в європейських країнах та Україні.
