Abstract
V.V. Melnychenko. Rating assessment and strategic principles of supply of agricultural enterprises with bioenergy resources. The energy security problem is actualizing research related to wider attraction of bioenergy resources of agro origin to the national energy balance. The use of bioenergy resources in agriculture will stimulate the replacement of fossil fuels with alternatives that are predictably available, taking into account the cyclicality of agrarian production. The development of the bioenergy potential of agriculture will increase the efficiency of economy. At the national level it will increase of the competitiveness of the agricultural sector of the economy. This article suggests mechanism and general overview of development of bioenergy potential of agricultural sector and its valuation. Using ranking score methodology allowed to rank the supply of bioenergy resources by regions thus to value its potential. The effective utilization of bioenergy resources will contribute to improving of both economical and energy efficiency of agriculture along with rising the share of replacement of fossil fuels with the alternative ones. The analysis of economic mechanisms of bioenergy sector of agriculture which incorporates: outlining of resources, valuation, assessment and ranking analysis has been performed. Research shows that the goal of strategic policy in the field of bioenergy potential of agriculture is to create effective and economically viable mechanisms of replacement of conventional fuels with bioenergy. Using of bioenergy potential of agricultural residues is one of the key factors of a steady development. The research and analysis of current trends in the development of bioenergy potential of agricultural enterprises allow creating new conceptual approaches to sourcing of bioenergy resources, its valuation and utilization. The purpose of research is revealing the economical essence of power generation processes by agricultural enterprises at the expense of specified bioenergy resources and economically proved methodology of replacing traditional energy resources with alternative resources of a vegetable origin. Conclusions have been made and recommendations given about the strategic approaches and concepts for outsourcing of the bioenergy resources by agricultural enterprises, its assessment, forecast and economically effective use.
