Abstract
We aimed to assess the relation of planned recreation (with aspect on sports) on efficient and performance of employees in the tax affairsof Fars. The research method of the target application and then ature of thesurvey.The study sampleincluded all tax matters Shiraz employees over 600 people.Data collection consisted of twolevels of job efficient scale consisted of 19 questions which its reliability in this study.0/90 is calcu lated Einderbitzan performance emeasures and Foster There liability of the question naire contains 33 questions and 0/83 Andtwo question so na five-item Like rtrangeis set. The findings showed that job efficient and staff performance planning, leisure and other employees who do not have such aplan, there is a significant difference
