Relation of planned recreation with respect on sports on efficient and performance of job’s employees Fars Education System

Abstract
The aim of this paper to assess the relation of planned recreation (with aspect on sports) on efficient and performance of job’s employees in Fars education system. The research method of the target application and the nature of the survey. This study included all education objects of Farsemployeesover1200 people. The findings of this paper efficient showed that efficient and staff performance planning, leisure and other employees whodo not havesuch aplan, there is a significant difference.
