Relationship between Attitude and Job Satisfaction of Teachers of Secondary Schools

Abstract
The article intended to test the hypotheses that qualification, gender, experience, type of school and the working locality of the teachers of secondary schools. For this purpose, a total of 665 teachers from secondary schools of government, aided and unaided located at rural and urban areas were selected. Data was collected through the teacher attitude inventory (TAI) developed by Ahluwalia.1 It contains 90 items on 5-point Likert-type scale.
