Reliable legal relations between municipal public currency of public law individuals and territorial communities

Abstract
In the article are considered the legal regulation of real legal relations that arise between municipal legal entities of public law and territorial communities. The article analyzes the current state of legal regulation of such legal relationships, explores legislative and doc- trinal approaches, formulates the conclusions and proposals aimed at improving the legal regulation of real legal relations between municipal legal entities of public law and territorial communities.
