Rent as a Tool for Implementing the Land Ownership Relations in the Agrarian Sector of Economy

Abstract
The article is aimed at studying the development of rent of agricultural lands. Rental relations are regarded as one of the factors determining the completeness of implementation of the land ownership relations. The trend of growing ratio for rented land in farms has been identified. The dominance of natural form in calculating the rent of agricultural land testifies to a very low level of development of market relations in the sphere of contemporary land use. The timing of the rent that would ensure soil conservation, is considered a key requirement of compliance with the interests of land owners. Violation by tenants the optimum ratio of crops in crop rotations requires on the part of the State more effective control over the compliance with the land administration projects on the part of agricultural commodity producers. There is very little competition when renting of agricultural land. Introduction of agrochemical passports will contribute to the development of competition in the rental relations. Further research of rental relations must be aimed at ensuring sufficient balance of the economic interests of land relations entities and improving the efficiency of land use.
