REPRESENTATION AND POWER OF ATTORNEY IN CIVIL LAW COUNTRIES OF CONTINENTAL SYSTEMS OF LAW

Abstract
In the article the analysis of the representation rights in the continental system countries. The most common type of representation is the representation by proxy. A representative office is a legal relationship in which one party (the agent) is obliged or has the right to make a deal on behalf of the other hand, it poses. Representation arises under contract law, the act of a legal entity and authority on other grounds established by civil legislation acts. In the countries of continental legal system the institution of representation has much in common with a similar institution in the domestic law of what is relevant and for more detailed investigation.
