Abstract
Revision of outdated organizational approaches to labour protection control has been proved actual; the necessity to work out a modern control system for labour protection at railway transport based on the principles of a risk-oriented approach has been shown. Requirements for a new branch control system for labour protection (CSLP)at railway transport have been worked out.
