RESEARCH NOTION OF THE PHENOMENON “UNITING OF ENTERPRISES” AS A SUBJECT IN THE COMPOSITION OF THE ECONOMIC SPHERE OF BEING

Abstract
Theoretical aspects of the “uniting of enterprises” phenomenon as a subject in the composition of the economic sphere of being were investigated. The use of this organizational form of entrepreneurial activity by business entities has not yet become massive both in the world and in Ukraine. The essence of the concept of the of “uniting of enterprises” phenomenon was given through the purpose of its creation and the purpose of its functioning, reasons for its appearance and principles of functioning, basic general and essential features and classification of its specific forms. Further research requires to investigate into the phenomenon in such aspects of it as a process, as well as of its relations with the environment.
