Research progress of vesicle transport relative Rab family proteins in plant pathogenic fungi

Abstract

The structural characteristics, protein circulation pathways, upstream and downstream signal regulatory factors and biological functions of Rab family proteins in plant pathogenic fungi were reviewed, and their impacts on the pathogenic mechanism of plant pathogenic fungi were deeply discussed. The deficiencies in the research depth and research direction of Rab family proteins in plant pathogenic fungi were analyzed, to provide guidance strategies for analyzing the molecular mechanism of Rab family proteins in plant pathogenic fungi regulating pathogenicity and the prevention and treatment of plant fungal diseases.
