RESOURCE CONSERVATION AND THE ANALYSIS OF ITS INVESTMENT SUPPLY

Abstract
This article describes the main essence and theoretical approaches of the «resource conservation» concept. It highlights the main strategic directions of resource conservation in an industrial company, which allows us to process resource- efficient and significantly improve the economic situation in the country. Resource is considered as a progressive trend of using natural resources potential, saves natural resources and increase production with the same amount of used raw materials, fuel, basic and auxiliary materials. Сonsiders the principles on which the resource conservation activity of an industrial company is based. It analyzes the structure of energy consumption in Ukraine and it is noted that the main feature of resource of the enterprise today must focus on a set of measures that are implemented quickly, covering various aspects of its activities and allow the economy to achieve the maximum effect, the objective conditions for their implementation should ensure the integrity of the system resource saving management in the enterprise. The main aspects regarding the investment supply of resource conservation are described. This article also analyzes the sources of financing the implementation of resource conservation measures. It justifies the existing investment opportunities for resource conservation measures in Ukraine. The article studies the current normative base for resource conservation and highlights the main instruments for its stimulation. According to results of the research that was made, systematization of sources and methods of resource concervation measures investment supply in Ukraine was performed.
