Abstract
The article analyzes the essence and concept of the resource potential of the industrial enterprise, types of administrative structures of the enterprise, in the process of forming the management of the efficiency of the enterprise. The main external and internal factors that influence the change of activity of the enterprise are described. On the basis of the conducted studies structured, determined and systematic dependence of the resource potential of the enterprise on the type of management structures.
